Privacy

Your Publisher files are converted inside your browser. They are never uploaded, stored or seen by us. This site sets no cookies and shows no ads. We count page visits and anonymous product events (for example “a file was converted” or “the Batch Pass page was opened”) with GoatCounter, a privacy-friendly service that uses no cookies and stores no personal data. File contents and file names are never sent. The Chrome extension sends nothing at all. Your Batch Pass code is stored only in your browser's local storage.

Payments are processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We receive your e-mail address, name and payment status from Stripe to deliver the purchase, handle refunds and meet accounting obligations. See Stripe's privacy policy. You can ask for access to or deletion of this data at the contact address above.

Terms of sale

Batch Pass: one-time payment, price shown before checkout (VAT handling according to the seller's status). It unlocks batch conversion (several files or whole folders at once, one ZIP with sub-folders kept) in any browser where the code is entered. Single-file conversion stays free. Lost code: write to support with the e-mail used for payment. Delivery is immediate: the activation code is displayed on the payment confirmation page.

Refunds: full refund within 30 days, for any reason, on request to the contact address. Because the content is delivered immediately, you agree when buying that delivery starts right away; the 30-day refund guarantee still applies.

PubRescue is provided as is. Conversion quality depends on the content of your files; check important documents after conversion.
